    My experience includes witnessing a Power of Attorney signing for a client before surgery and a residential real estate closing for a family purchasing their home. These signings have given me the opportunity to assist during important life events and reinforced the importance of being an attentive, impartial, and dependable witness.

    I would encourage anyone interested to recognize the responsibility that comes with the role. Manley, an Arizona-commissioned Mobile Notary Public, NNA Certified and Background Screened Loan Signing Agent, and Apostille Courier serving the Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding communities. I began my notary journey in 2023, and since then, I've continued expanding my knowledge, services, and professional relationships. My services include general mobile notarizations, real estate and loan signing appointments, powers of attorney, estate planning documents, trust packages, affidavits, and other documents requiring notarization. I also provide mobile notary services at hospitals, assisted living facilities, and correctional facilities, along with witness coordination and apostille courier services. What I enjoy most about this industry is being able to provide a convenient, professional, and dependable service to individuals and businesses who need it. Whether I'm assisting a family with important estate planning documents, facilitating a real estate signing, or traveling to a correctional facility for a power of attorney, I understand that every appointment serves a purpose. My goal is to make the notarization process as smooth, professional, and stress-free as possible while continuing to grow, learn, and build meaningful connections within the notary community.
